Respect the Player

Team Awesomness maintains a standard of the strictest amount of respect for everyone but G.I. JOE. We respect our members, in turn we expect that they respect us back. Violations of this policy are considered among the most severe, and be met with Sharks with fricken laser beams. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: being nice, peace signs, not encouraging harassment, racism, sexism, discrimination, not screaming, legit threats or not using aggressively foul language. Always remember, WWA12YD, or What Would a 12 yr old do.

We require that every member of COBRA, displays the FAIL NOBRA spirit of honesty, fairness, integrity, and most importantly lack of skill at all times. Honesty is one of the cornerstone principles of COBRA, and allows G.I. JOE to keep up with us, if we weren’t honest about our plans, it wouldnt be a competition, we’d have won already. We enjoy staking the deck against us, it challanges us.

Any form of dishonesty is considered to be a serious violation of the COBRA, unless its to G.I. JOE to mess with them, like the time Destro told Snake Eyes his ninja slippers were untied, man that was funny. It includes both honesty to others and to oneself (remember that during your weekly meetings).

Acting without honesty or cheating, lying or being deliberately deceptive is not acceptable behavior within COBRA, we can fail on our own, we dont need someone to help us do it.

Respect the Game

Cheating in any form is prohibited. This includes modding, bridging, stand-bying, forcing host, circle-boosting, and de-ranking.. but if this isnt common sense, go hang out with G.I. JOE, because you don’t meet the mental requirements to be in COBRA.

Respect the Institution

Member poaching, clan hitting or any other destructive act directed toward another community is strictly prohibited unless it benefits Team Awesomness and involves poaching members from awesom clans like Straight Riders, Second Foundation, The Cavegirls, OcR, CBTS, TTL and other clan we deem a threat to our failed attempts to rule the gaming world. If you are a member of these clans, and have a member that you think is full of the right kind of fail, and you want to get rid of them, let us know..

Poaching includes targeting another community’s membership as a whole or individually for transfer, use of threats or coercion to initiate transfers, or deliberately misleading a member of another community to persuade them to transfer. This behavior is fine, as long as the member is cool, and awesom, if they arent, the person poaching them will be punished.

Hitting includes the deliberate removal of one or more members of a community, intending to cause harm to the community, without the consent of Cobra Commander, any such assination attempt needs a R10 form with a TPS report cover sheet.

Respect the Chain of Command

The COBRA Organization maintains a standard of respect among all membership. Members must follow the chain of command at all times, unless they don’t want to. Members are asked to refer to a person of higher rank than yourself with any questions or issues, and as every member is of the same rank, you should feel free to ask anyone.

COBRA has procedures by which members can return to COBRA upon betraying COBRA, or transfer from one COBRA unit to another. The Chain of Command must be followed at all times during these procedures:

1. If a member who has departed TA on good terms applies for reinstatement, Cobra Commander must be first notified and approve it by asking everyone else in TA, because its a democratic dicatorship.

2. If a member who is banned from COBRA applies for a reversal of their banned status, then and only then Cobra Commander can start the approval process. All respective parties must then present their case to the COBRA Board of Approvals for a ruling and decision.

3. If a member wishes to transfer from one TA unit to another, the member must first seek approval from both Cobra Commander, and the COBRA Board of Approvals.

If the above-noted procedures are not followed, the consequences for this infraction are removal from the TA community. No excuse will be valid.
