1. Staff privileges will be given out by Cobra Commander when he feels someone needs a meaningless title to make them feel better, so he can pay them half as much for more work.

Overlord privileges will only be given to those that obtain the Hidden Secret Amulet of Rah, burn it, thus releasing its powers to Cobra Commander, at which point he will punish whomever tried to betray him.

2. Members may only be removed for inactivity if their tag has been inactive for longer than 900 years and they have made little or no attempt to contact the clan or explain their continuing absence, most likely because if they are that old they are probably dead, or a vampire, or undead. If a member is a vampire or undead, they will be reported to the authorities.

3. TA prefix tags are only usable on the third equinox of the last day of the Quantum of Solace.

4. Transfers within TA must be approved by Cobra Commander.

5. Any recruit, at any rank is eligible to demote and promote any other recruit to the same rank of recruit.

6. Only the Grab Bag Administrator can administrate the Grab Bag. All others that attempt such actions will be dealt with through punishment by the awesom powers of the Grab Bag.
